It seems you haven’t managed to patch uxtheme.dll. Try to use ultrauxtheme patcher v3.0.4

First, I applied UltraUXThemePatcher_3.0.4 and then I replaced themeui.dll, uxinit.dll, uxtheme.dll with files in the archive. To replace these system files, I used Active BootDisk.

Do not install it in Windows 8 or 8.1, because it “burns” explorer. I had to run System Restore from Recovery Options.
