I have a working Windows XP machine now.
When I tried to download the skin pack, I can only download the dedicated downloader.
The downloader did not work on XP or Windows 7 32 bit.
This is terrible.

It turned out that this problem happens even those who have some transformat under Vista, my including (already fixed in version 2.0)! The problem is that the library shell32.dll putchase icons from Vista, which are compressed PNG frames (256*256).
Had to remove the installer of 32 library and the error disappeared

Don’t worry, I can unstll it as the same unstll the program orther. Go to computer/:C/ folder skinpack and click that, find “unstll setup”
