It would be nice if you would answer these peoples questions instead of only answering the ones you feel like, these people are downloading your program onto their computer, you should at least help them when they’re having problems with it. I see numerous people asking you why the apple icon doesn’t show up on the task bar, why the colorful buttons aren’t on any of the windows and I have yet to see you answer any of those simple questions.

How long does it take to install? I’ve been installing for 2 hours but it didn’t make any more progress.
