i installed .net framework 4.0 and 4.5 but still immersive and metrosidebar is not working.

Why if i open Immersive Explorer, it says “Immersive Explorer has stopped working. A problem caused the program to stop working correctly. Please close the program.” And Metro Sidedar don’t want opened. And some problem not like the preview picture and video.
