How come I cant download win7 version in CHROME and IE??? The page says connection not available. I have also tried the other packs, it seems that I cant download a thing from fc00.deviantart.net. Is there any solution? regards.

i installed this on my win 8 desktop and now when the pc restarted after the win8 logo with rolling loading icon its just black screen!
what do i do ?
i cant access the pc to delete it!

push f8 and run system restore and select skinpack restore point
