it will replace your windows xp drive icons with windows8 icons.
Install it.
Unzip file.
Replace the icons folder of VDI with the new one.
Restart your computer.
Done.

Please correct rar file something not good
Thumbs.db file visible when I open winrar but when I check extracted folder for it is not present there
