When I made this theme I forgot to add a very important program that will fix that line on the top of the taskbar. You need to download this program and have it run on start up. http://dblake1.deviantart.com/art/Taskbar-Blur-Toggle-0-2-0-412358153
This will fix the line. This only needs to be applied on windows 7.
