There seems to be a common issue that windows 10 themes aren’t changing appearance of the folder. And yet, no-one comments on how to fix this issue?
Someone just say if these are actually compatible with windows 10 or not. This is annoying.

I installed the skin pack properly, administrator and everything, the pointer changed, the icons, and the rocket dock was added too, but the windows still look the same and not like how you present them in those screenshots, what am i supposed to do? (Windows 10)
