Whenever i click on the executable file link some other file of size 1 mb is downloaded and opening it does nothing…. isnt there any other way to download offline installer

Thanks, everything installs and works well but when I restart my computer, the start button returns to the windows 7 default button, and i have to rezize the taskbar to change the icon to the N of the skinpack.
