You need to copy theme files in "C:\Windows\Resources\Themes" and then select it from Personalization

Please, make video tutorial for using this theme :(
I use Windows 7 now, it’s has many Style & Multiple packs…
So, if I use another windows version except Win 7 & 10, I’ll not use it again…
