SkinPack Ubuntu 3.0 has stopped working in window 8.1 x64

I have this on my Windows 7 Enterprise 32 bit machine and it works great except for the fact that in Internet explorer 8, the default css button is shrunken so much, it cannot be read. it does not have that problem without the skinpack and it works in other browsers (mozilla firefox, netscape, seamonkey, safari) with the skinpack.
