Windows 8.x Explorer Rebar Tweaker

Here's another little program that allows you to tweak the Explorer Navigation Pane (or Rebar as Windows calls it).

This allows you to:
– Hide the Up button
– Hide the Search bar
– Change padding after the search bar
– Change padding before and after the address bar
– Change the padding before the Nav buttons
