Everytime I install a Skainpack and reboot my PC, I noticed that the theme is not changed to Skinpack 7 Modern. Can you please tell me what to do if the theme does not change to the Skinpack’s one?

i uninstalled this and it did not work i mean it did but the windows button has the windows 7 bar also if i open something from task bar it will lag idk why plz help
please make a full free version for this people they not have credit-card to support you by credits
and they can support you by visiting your site and watching ads !
