Today link6155 released new simple and aero visual style for windows 8.
This is a really great looking and awsome theme!
You need to copy Simplex theme in C:\Windows\Resources\Themes
For using this theme first you need to Patch Uxtheme.
Its recommended to use:

WinaeroGlass – Aero glass is back into your Windows 8
